“Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity. Seek out argument and disputation for their own sake; the grave will supply plenty of time for silence. Suspect your own motives, and all excuses. Do not live for others any more than you would expect others to live for you."

Difficult life experiences can have a profound effect on our health and well-being, at times suppressing our higher truth with tightly held patterns in our minds, hearts, bodies, and relationships. Learning to move through these struggles can be challenging - it can also be very freeing. With genuine concern, a warm and compassionate approach, Jennifer works with you to help you connect with your higher self and draw forth the intuitive healer that is already within you. Whether you prefer traditional talk therapy and/or mindfulness-based coping strategies, the journey will be an inward one as you move forward.
